Customized programs for a physical training in accordance with each person’s objectives and possibilities

 

1.5 hour classes. Activities are developed according to the objectives agreed upon with each person. The idea is to help in the development of physical abilities, such as flexibility, strength, and aerobic capacity for your health and well-being, as well as for esthetics.

Objectives focus on health and quality of life, but they are also related to esthetics and an increase in aerobic performance.

A sound interdisciplinary team, - all trainers are Physical Education Instructors -, working together with the physician and nutrition expert. Classes stand out for their careful attention to the physical work-out, as well as to the adjustment of work-out intensities according to the needs, always bearing in mind the different personal characteristics, preferences, emotions and concerns; creating also a relaxed environment. Classes imply a great personal commitment, and take place wherever you need. Activities range from: yoga- gym activities – pilates – weight lifting – cross country – stretching and swimming to special anti-stress and relax sessions, with passive stretching and body contact techniques at the end of the session.
